1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

All Kairasi jewellery pieces are carefully crafted and prepared upon order confirmation.

Estimated Timeline for Custom Orders

  • Manufacturing Time: Approximately 15 business days
  • Delivery Time: Up to 15 business days after dispatch

Total Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through DHL Express or other trusted international courier partners selected by Kairasi Jewels.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.

3. Insured Shipping

For your security and peace of mind:

  • All shipments are fully insured during transit
  • Insurance coverage remains active until the package is successfully delivered to the customer

4. Packaging Contents

Each shipment will include:

  • Your selected jewellery
  • The official Kairasi jewellery box
  • The original invoice/bill
  • Guarantee or authenticity card (where applicable)

All items are securely packaged to ensure safe international transit.

5. Shipping Charges

All shipping and insurance charges are included in the product price displayed on our website unless otherwise specified.

No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout for standard delivery services.

6. Signature Upon Delivery

For security purposes:

  • All deliveries may require a signature upon receipt
  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate delivery address and contact information

Kairasi Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your shipment is:

  • Missing items upon arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Customers may be requested to provide:

  • Photographs of the package/product
  • Delivery details
  • Supporting information for insurance claims

We will work with the courier and insurance provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
